Erythema nodosum
The erythema nodosum is a dermo-panniculitis nodular. The elementary lesion is a nouure: that is to say a firm nodule embedded in the skin, round, sensitive to palpation, sometimes red, and warm. These skin lesions that evolve quickly, appearing in the shins in varying numbers.

Pre-eruptive
It can involve fever, asthenia, arthralgia.

Eruptive phase
It is characterized by the appearance of rounded nodules dermo-hypodermic (or nouures), bright red or purple, bilateral, symmetrical, localized to the extensor surface of the members, movable relative to the plane deep to the skin.

Changes in several attacks, disappearing in 10 to 15 days without sequelae.

Histology
The biopsied lesion showed an inflammatory infiltrate in the dermis, with accumulation of neutrophils, lymphocytes and macrophages.
